yes.   (I managed to get out of gym by taking a summer out-tripping course and camping in the woods for two weeks, but it doesn’t make this less true. 

Also, there should be classes on shopping, cooking and eating healthily.  Oh wait, there is!! My mom teaches it, but the Ministry of Education think that it’s something “kids can learn at home”, despite a lot of kids having parent working full-time and don’t know this stuff themselves*, and have been cutting the budget!!! There are something that can’t be done more with less.

*at the very least, in the areas where my mother has taught. I admit that this may not be true in every family.

I think my school tried to have classes like this, at least a home ec type of thing but barely anybody took it because it was an elective. :/

The closest thing I took to any sort of like… major social studies class was Sociology (which was actually a really fun and interesting class).

All in one; it shall be called Defense against the dark arts.
